It’s really hard to get up each day and even harder to take a shower, put on makeup, get dressed. How much of it is psychological and how much is chemical?
The father who killed his entire family because he lost his job and owed the IRS $15,000 really put things into perspective for me. Nothing can be that bad. But that perspective only lasted for a few days. Now I’m back to self loathing. God I hate being sick.
