Hi,
I'm a student at a competitive university. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder 2 months into my first year. I like the intelligent discussion that goes on here and I am looking for people like you to help spur discussion about accepting your diagnoses and continuing to be high-functioning despite the obstacles bipolar disorder presents. Although my primary aim is to help people struggling the issues above, I did agree to allow some advertising as I'm saving to become a counselor. Nothing is going to detract from my primary goal so please visit and share some of your knowledge and wisdom to help newly diagnosed people who worry that it will shatter their dreams. The site is at . I wish you all the best.

Stop thinking of failures and negative thoughts. Just try to think of your plan after you accomplish all your works. This can help you achieve determination and perseverance effectively. Time management is the best way of getting out from all your problem. Plan your activities ahead of time and carry them out according to your plan.

you have to give patience on it. Every time that you fell this, just think that you really have to do this because this is your job. When this is finished then you can enjoy and treat yourself. Patience is a virtue!

I understand what you are saying. I, too, have difficulty with transitions and find myself unable to connect the dots. I am looking for a job - unable to focus due to panic and dread. I have good intentions - but don't seem to be able to get off the mark.
